In no event shall Sabai Saat be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or special damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
11. Force Majeure
Sabai Saat shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, telecommunications failures, or power outages.
Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
12.2 Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Vientiane, Laos, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
13. Dispute Resolution Procedures
13.1 In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our website or services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us directly.
13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies through the appropriate courts in Vientiane, Laos.
13.3 Any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in the English or Lao language, as mutually agreed by the parties or as determined by the court.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions or any rights granted hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these terms at our sole discretion without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
17. Entire Agreement
